It is a great privilege to join the A3 Board to participate in the good work of a vibrant and fruitful mission team who has already labored in Asia for half a century. I aspire to serve alongside some very dedicated and experienced leaders who have the land and the people of Asia in their hearts.
After many decades of effective ministries, A3 still dares to dream and to cast vision for a dynamic and changing mission context in a transforming continent. The vision and passion for the marketplace and the business track is a fitting complement to the proven pastor track. And, it is also wonderful to see A3 as a global collaborative effort to serve the harvest fields.
I hope and pray my modest experience in the Asian mission fronts and my acquaintance of national leaders in different countries of Asia may be of relevant resources to bring to the A3 team. Also, as an Asian businessman residing in Asia, I also look forward to coming along side by side with some of the A3 national leaders to help change a few and to reach the harvests.

Mr. Francis Tsui has extensive experiences in financial advisory services, family office and wealth management, as well as direct investment and business development consultancy. Since 2000, Mr. Tsui has founded and served as the President and Director of DMC Investment Co. Ltd., a private investment company in Hong Kong. His also has wide experiences as INED with listed companies listed on the American Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Exchange for over a decade. Mr. Tsui is also one of the Founding Members of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executive Association.
Francis was born and raised in Hong Kong. He holds multiple higher degrees from the Hong Kong University, University of Hawaii and Luther Seminary in history, business administration as well as leadership studies. Although Francis works in finance, he also has been actively involved in mission across Asia for many years. He has served as International President of Asian Outreach before becoming the Chairman of the Board of Asia Church Missionary Society headquartered at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and in 2018, joined the Board of Directors at A3 based in California, U.S.
