A3 is a vibrant community of people seeking to be personally transformed and also to transform our world.

God transforms. He makes us new creatures, and His Word renews our mind. Our responsibility is to nurture a love relationship with Him and cooperate with His Spirit, who works in us. He also uses biblical community to change us from the inside out.

When that happens to leaders united in community, God transforms not only those leaders, but their families, churches, communities and even countries.

• “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Cor 5:17)
• "...be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Rom 12:2)
• “These [apostles] who have turned the world upside down have come here too..." (Acts 17:6b NKJV)

At A3, we strive to submit to God's transforming power personally and corporately. In developing leaders, A3 contributes by creating both space in the leader's life, as well as a safe community environment that leads to a transformational process in participants and, in time, their world. And the Holy Spirit shows up.

Transformation—in a church, a neighborhood, a city, a nation—always begins with transformation in the lives of individuals and then moves outward. Broader change ignites from the transformation of the individual leader, so that’s precisely where A3 focuses its energies.

We pray the leaders in the A3 Community will reshape their worlds—bringing the influence of Christ and adding color.

Creating an Environment for Transformation

A3 fosters an environment of space, a posture of listening and a learning community that together allow the Holy Spirit to do a transforming work in the hearts of participants. The resulting changes in the leaders enable them to lead themselves, their families, their churches, and their businesses in a different way. When God gets a hold of a leader, his or her world is often never the same. God brings justice, mercy, love, compassion and transformation.

Moreover, when God connects a dozen changed leaders together into a vibrant community with each other, His kingdom can be extended in exponential ways. We are humbly surprised to see communities, cities, and even entire countries transformed through these changed leaders. Glory to God! It's happening often enough that we are no longer surprised at what God can do.
