A3 nurtures intentional learning communities to build and sustain Christ's leaders around the world.
We are a leader development group that accelerates the capacity of leaders. We equip and unify leaders through a deep learning community, so they experience change from the inside out and hopefully make a significant Kingdom impact. It all starts with selecting key servant leaders.
A3 LEADERS
A3 leaders are carrying the opportunity to reach many people in their local communities with the transforming message of Jesus Christ. They are positioned and poised to grow alongside other leaders with shared purpose.
A3 is a vibrant global community of leaders in over 25 countries, striving to unite the church, establish missional businesses, extend the Kingdom, and transform the world's cultures for the glory of God.
A3 PROCESS
Our process is centered around the belief that a Spirit-led community can change the culture of an entire nation—virtually anything—toward Christ's purposes.
We give leaders a structure to connect and sustain each other, accelerate their own ministries, and expand the love of Jesus throughout their communities.
A3 intentionally focuses on a small number of proven leaders with potential. We create cohorts of 12-15 leaders who meet quarterly over a 2-year period. Intensive, in-service, in-country, in-community, and ongoing. Some leader development programs gather 25 or even 250 in an effort to produce big results.
But to us, small is big; less is more. Over the long haul, we see lasting change from far fewer. Keeping the numbers small allows for relationships to deepen, bringing deeper life change for each participant. What starts within a few individuals naturally radiates outward to each leader's family, church, community, and even country. A few changed leaders then change many.
A3 simply gathers them and provides a transformation process that then releases them to influence Spirit-led change wherever they go. We focus on impacting the few who then change the many.
A3 COMMUNITY
The relationships that develop in the context of this A3 experience provide a network for ongoing collaboration, friendship, and growth long after the cohort graduates... and they forge lasting ministry partnerships.
A3 is a growing global community of leaders. We are equipping leaders in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Japan, Korea, Nepal, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, plus eight additional countries within Asia. Recently, In addition, A3 has launched cohorts in several new countries in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and soon, Mexico.
A3 NETWORKS
We foster purposeful networks with high-impact leaders to face their unique challenges... together. Because of their shared A3 experience, leaders from across regions and countries and continents can work together to address issues on a macro scale.

A3 invests in a strategic few who God can use to change a country and a continent. We leverage years of experience and refining the A3 process so that leaders, families, churches, businesses, and communities are deeply impacted. And once a cohort graduates, we do it over... and over again.
Over time, we sustain change through a proven process that takes the region’s most promising leaders and equips them to have a disproportionately significant impact in their countries, cultures and continent.

Our community is committed to life-long development: being developed personally as well as developing other leaders. We aim to develop:
- more Christ-like pastors to lead the church with vision, character and competence.
- pastors who are better equipped to lead their congregations in countries where Christians are persecuted.
- church leaders who are less likely to drop out of ministry due to burnout or moral failure.
- leaders with the vision to multiply faith communities that will transform lives.
MULTIPLY. > reproduce & thrive
A3 is a vibrant community that seeks to multiply.
We are committed to reproduction on all levels:
- Personal Multiplication: We are leaders serving leaders.
- Leaders and Disciples: Develop leaders who reproduce themselves in others—leaders who can multiply disciples.
- Congregations & Churches: We want to develop leaders who multiply churches that impact their communities, reach new believers, and reproduce churches.
TRANSFORM. > recreate, reshape, & recolor
A3 is a vibrant community of people seeking initially to be personally transformed, but then also to transform our world.
God is the One who transforms. But our responsibility is to cooperate with His Spirit working in us. We strive to submit to His transforming power both personally and corporately. In developing leaders, A3 contributes by creating a safe community. This is an environment that leads to a transformational process in participants and, hopefully, in their world. Transformation—whether it's in a church, a family, a neighborhood, a city, a nation—always begins with transformation in the lives of individuals and then moves outward. Broader change ignites from the transformation of the individual leader, and so that is precisely where A3 focuses its energies.

Equipping a few key leaders at a time through a 2-year transformational process accelerates their capacity to lead with increasing vision, character and competence. We focus on helping each leader thrive, empowering them toward the mission to which God has called them.
