Introduction to A3
Studies have shown that the biggest challenge we face in the world today is a crisis of leadership. Leaders are struggling to survive. All sorts of problems being thrown their way, and they don't know how to handle it. Leaders are faced with war, natural disasters, poverty, famine, political unrest, social injustice, and persecution to name a few. By building a learning community through a 2-year transformational process, A3 is seeing significant impact.

From the Inside Out
- Develop. We help leaders grow, first in their walk with Christ, learning to nurture their love relationship with God. From there, they focus on growing in Christlikeness, living this character transformation out as leaders. [more...]
- Multiply. From this inner life growth as a foundation, ministry flows out. They begin to reproduce disciple-making leaders, so that leaders flourish in their churches and communities. [more...]
- Transform. It is these transformed leaders who become the hope of the future. They become the church planters in their nations and missional CEOs in their companies. These leaders minister in their worlds by becoming agents of transformation in their families, churches, companies, communities and even countries. [more...]
Essentially A3 acts an accelerator for church leaders, helping them thrive in ministry and helping them impact their communities, their families and their nations.
