(A3) - Artesia, California, 03.17.2023 - A3 (formerly Asian Access) is proud to announce that its strong financial health and ongoing accountability and transparency has earned a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator. This rating designates A3 as an official “Give with Confidence” charity, indicating that our organization is using its donations effectively based on Charity Navigator’s criteria. Charity Navigator is America’s largest and most-utilized independent charity evaluator. Since 2001, the organization has been an unbiased and trusted source of information for more than 11 million donors annually.
Charity Navigator analyzes nonprofit performance based on four key indicators, referred to as beacons. Currently, nonprofits can earn scores for the Impact & Results, Accountability & Finance, Culture & Community, and Leadership & Adaptability beacons.

A3 is a growing global network of leaders. On February 3, 2023, A3 changed its name from "Asian Access" because it has expanded beyond Asia. Jeff Johnston serves as A3's Vice President for Advancement & Communications. Starting in 1987 as a short-term missionary in Japan, Jeff has worked in a variety of roles with A3 for 36 years under three organizational names: LIFE Ministries, Asian Access, and now A3. He has contributed to developing leaders in Japan, North India, and Bangladesh. Jeff lives near Los Angeles with his wife, Nozomi where their two kids are launching out on their own.
