What a joy it is for me to welcome William F. Duncan to join the board of A3! In many ways, Bill's addition to our team compliments the fruitful season A3 is having in ministry.
As you may have already heard, this has been a game changing year for the ministry in Japan and a year which has positioned us for great growth across the continent of Asia.

In addition to God's hand of blessing, much of this success comes from the capable direction of our board of directors of whom I am so deeply honored to serve alongside in leading the ministry. A few years ago Pat MacMillan from Triaxia Partners shared that A3 was the best board he had worked with for our size ministry. After interacting with our board the last five years myself, I can certainly see why. The A3 board gives an exceptional blend of sound governance with Christ-like compassion and care. I have never served with a better board.
Bill Duncan fits our team perfectly. He brings expertise to our board as a successful businessman with The Olson Duncan Insurance Agency. In addition, he served as an elder and chairman of the board of one of America's strongest mission minded churches Rolling Hills Covenant Church. Rolling Hills was highlighted in Tom Telford's Today's All-Star Missions Churches during Bill's tenure as chairman of the board. Bill and his wife Debbie have lived abroad in South Africa while serving on the board of another non-profit called Bridges of Hope for which Bill also served as board chairman.
In accepting our invitation, this is what Bill wrote:

Now, He has opened a door to participate and contribute with like-minded individuals whose desire is to 'see a vibrant community of servant leaders with vision, character and competence leading the church across Asia.'
