A Global Movement of EsthersGod is building up these women through their A3 learning community experience—the sessions, the teaching, the facilitators, the reflection and discussion, the prayer, the sharing, the support network. These women are growing in love and sisterhood.
God is calling each of these women to be Esthers in their nations. They are making a difference because of the work of WIM in their lives! Their husbands have seen a difference in them since they have gone through the WIM training!
The Lord, is working in these nations through the impact of the lives of these women. And their families, their churches, and their communities are changing as a result of their Spirit-led influence.
Helping Leaders Thrive, Accelerating Their CapacityOur focus is on intentionally equipping a few key leaders at a time, through a 2-year transformational process—accelerating their capacity—so they can lead with increasing vision, character, and competence wherever God has called them to serve.
We are a vibrant community of leaders, striving to unite the church, extend the Kingdom, and transform the cultures of Asia for the glory of God. Essentially, it starts with helping each leader thrive and empowering them toward the mission to which God has called them.
WIM in Cambodia has helped me a lot, especially because here in Cambodia, 75 to 80% of the church congregation are women.
And when there is a problem or someone needs help, they run to the woman, usually the pastor's wife. The pastor's wife can help them with her education and can help them pray with them. So WIM plays a good role to equip our women in helping the church.
And the second thing is that WIM plays a very good role in my ministry and pushes me to do a lot in ministry. Before, I was just working in my own church, my own organization, my own things–everything was mine.

Prayer partnership plays a key role in what we are about.WIM has been given the privilege to partner with God to serve women leaders in Asia with training in leadership and Christian formation, but we acknowledge that anything God wants done must first be bathed and birthed in prayer.
Our desire is to connect each participant in the WIM program with a committed intercessor who would stand in the gap and cover her during the course of the program. We also meet bimonthly on Zoom to pray for various topics within the WIM ministry. If you would like to join us, we would welcome your prayers.
