FIRST-TIME LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR A3 ACCOUNT:

Our online giving portal gives you new capabilities, including an optional account to view/manage gifts online. This online account is for anyone who has given a financial gift in the past and provided us with your email address.

1. Go to the new URL:  https://account.raisedonors.com/a3donor/login 

2. Click on the "Reset your password" link under the LOGIN button.

3. Enter the email address that you've used before to make donations (the same email address where you have received this message). Then click "Send Email".

4. You will be sent a confirmation email from A3 (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If you haven't received it within a few minutes, check your junk mail folder. Follow the instructions by clicking the link in the email sent to you, so you can log into your new account. That's it! HOW TO MAKE RECURRING DONATIONS:

1. You can make donations or set up recurring donations via the donation forms on our website. Unfortunately, PayPal and Venmo do not support recurring donations at this time. But the other options are available.
   
2. Or log into our new donor portal to set up recurring gifts... (See instructions above.)

WHAT DOES MY A3 DONOR ACCOUNT OFFER?

After logging into the A3 donor portal for the first time, you can see a menu:

• Your Profile - edit your contact info
• Make a new donation - make a 1-time or recurring donation
  • Note: You can also make a donation or set up recurring gifts by using any donation form on our website.
• Recurring Gifts - see and manage your current recurring gifts
• Giving History - see your past giving
• Statements - download annual statements (starting after January 2024)
• Contact Us - send us a direct message
