A Roadmap for Leaders in Global Mission: Introducing Leading Well in Times of Disruption

leading well in times of disruption 2024coverIn the current times of crisis, when many mission organisations are falling short, mission leaders need a roadmap. Leading Well in Times of Disruption (Langham Global Library, 2024) is a collection of comprehensive insights by seasoned leadership development specialists and practitioners from around the world.

The book provides practical and actionable guidance rooted in the gospel, aiming to understand and address the key shortcomings and help leaders grow in their Christlikeness to transform the world around them.

Ajith Fernando, “Youth for Christ,” Sri Lanka, writes:

It is refreshing to read a book on leadership that focuses on fulfilling the mission God has given the church, rather than primarily on what we learn about leadership from "Leadership experts." This is a much needed and different perspective by those whose lives and ministries testify to their authenticity as God's effective ambassadors for this age.

Jessy Jaison (PhD), United World Mission & Overseas Council, South Asia, commends:

This invaluable resource brings together astute voices from around the world, offering profound insights on fostering flourishing churches and confronting pivotal challenges in discipleship and leadership on a global canvas.
