A3.Women In Ministry (India) Participant Shares Her Testimonial
I am Selvi Rajiv, and I'm part of the Women In Ministry batch here in India.
I'm really excited to be part of the Women In Ministry here. This is a bunch of women who are in leadership and ministry who come together and meet every couple of months for a period of one to two years. We have a lot of fun, a lot of learning, a lot of growing up that happens together over the course of two years.
And for me personally, it has benefited me a lot. Whatever I have learned has really brought me closer to God personally, has taught me a lot of things, and has made me a much more stronger person.
A3.WIM has brought out many talents that were hidden within me, things that even I didn’t know were inside me.
This program has brought out things that were seated deep within me and have now come out of me. It is really so beautiful to look at my life. I haven’t gone through the entire process yet, as there are still two more modules to go.
But just to see my life so beautifully bud and blossom within just the last three modules is so amazing.
Seeing the way God has been dealing with me and transforming my life has been such an amazing process, and that is something incredible I’ve been witnessing in my own life.
I’ve also developed many new friendships with women all across India.
There is a new level of bonding with other women who serve God in various capacities. Now we support each other spiritually. We are there for one another when we need each other. We pray for one another and support each other in various ways, wherever we can.
I’ve also seen other women grow spiritually in the Lord and be strengthened—women who came in very weak and now beginning to bud and blossom in those areas. So I’ve been seeing women being blessed as well.
Thank you!

Women in Ministry (WIM) is a leader development initiative within the A3 movement that equips Christian women leaders across Asia with transformational training in spiritual formation, leadership, and mission through small, cohort-based learning communities. The program helps participants grow as disciples of Christ and as influential ministry leaders by fostering strong relational support, addressing challenges like isolation and burnout, and encouraging Spirit-led change in their lives, families, churches, communities, and nations. Ultimately, WIM focuses on raising up “Esthers”—women who are empowered to contribute meaningfully to the building of God’s Kingdom and to lead with increased vision, character, and competence.
