Shalom!

I praise God for this wonderful opportunity as I am sharing how A3 impacted and shaped my life and how it has helped me to discover the purpose of my life.

I especially give thanks to Women in Ministry, because last year I attended that training. This training helped me rethink and run for the vision that I wrote down while attending the A3 pastoral training. So I praise God that I'm involved with this ministry.

When attending the A3.WIM program, it really impacted my life to see my facilitator's lifestyle–the way they are conducting with me and the way they're sharing their very God-centered life. Their lifestyle really impacted me and influenced me to reshape my lifestyle so that other people can see me, and other people can test me. What my teachers and my facilitator explored during the training time helped me. I praise God.

Returning roots inset quoteNot only me, but there are many women in Bangladesh who are very influential right now. When we are gathered together, we have so much fun in Christ, share our ministry testimonies, and share how this training period shaped us.

We really enjoyed our fellowship because it helps us to share our hearts with what is going on around us. As Asian women, we face many challenges every day in our family, church, and society. But when we gather together during this training, it helps us to share our hearts, help each other, and encourage others to grow up in unity so that we can reach more.

We believe that when women reach Christ, that is reflected in their family. And when family is reflected in Christ’s characteristics, the church will be changed and we can reach more.

We believe in the tagline this ministry is carrying: changing the few who change the many. We can reach many through Him.

Thank you to Women in Ministry for impacting and influencing our life because we know that tagline very well, and that leadership is all about influencing others.

Thank you!

Women in Ministry (WIM) is a leader development initiative within the A3 movement that equips Christian women leaders across Asia with transformational training in spiritual formation, leadership, and mission through small, cohort-based learning communities. The program helps participants grow as disciples of Christ and as influential ministry leaders by fostering strong relational support, addressing challenges like isolation and burnout, and encouraging Spirit-led change in their lives, families, churches, communities, and nations. Ultimately, WIM focuses on raising up “Esthers”—women who are empowered to contribute meaningfully to the building of God’s Kingdom and to lead with increased vision, character, and competence.
