Rahul Rao, A3 alumnus, shares how he is reproducing A3 for others

Last week, I shared that Rahul Rao chose to join A3 because it's transforming. And he experienced this transformation firsthand over the past 4 years. Today, I want to share the part of my interview where Rahul talks about taking the blessing of A3 to others in India. This is about A3's reproducibility.

Hi, my name is Rahul Rao. I'm from Mumbai, India.

I graduated from the Asian Access [now A3] last year and we had a long module [extended because of COVID], and it had been such a ministering program. And so towards the end of it we wondered what do we do with it? This is so good—the content, the style, the module, the teaching, the life sharing, the way we connect the pastors, the way we serve pastors.

So I'm a part of an organization called New Frontiers. We have more than 4,000 churches across the globe; but in India itself, we have more than 250 churches, and we are growing rapidly. So I approached the leadership team in India, and I'm a part of the team that runs the training program.

I said...

"This is something that I've received, and I want to pass it on to the next generation leaders."

They were very generous. They said, "Go for it!".

And so a friend of mine who had also completed this course—his name is Rajesh—he and I, we gathered some leaders from Goa. There were around 20 of them, and we rolled out the A3 module with them. They were predominantly from Hindi-speaking churches. And so, they began to enjoy it.

And then the pandemic hit us.

There was a big roadblock. We pivoted to Zoom meetings, and that's when the Maharashtra leaders, where I come from, it's a big state in India, and we gathered another 20 leaders. And as soon as the pandemic got over, we combined both groups. We were 40 plus, and we rolled out this program. And last year, 35 of them graduated and the testimonies were overwhelming. We were so grateful to God for what we've received from A3 and we could pass on to this leadership.

We were so encouraged with the outcome and the result that we very recently, this February, that's February, 2024, we've rolled out another batch for the largest state in India. That's called Uttar Pradesh—that's "UP". And, we have currently 35 leaders, pastors, and elders from different churches and regions from UP and Bihar and Uttarakhand. These are states from India and they all come under one roof. We've done two modules and they are itching to get more.

So we are so grateful to God for A3.

Thank you for supporting us.

Rahul and Rajesh are blessing new leaders because they were blessed by A3. This is one way that A3 alumni are reproducing their transformative experiences for others. And we see alumni doing this kind of thing in many of the countries where we work.

Indeed, changing the few who change the many.

Thank you for helping A3 impact a few select leaders who positively impact many others. Rahul and Rajesh and I are deeply grateful to you for your ongoing partnership in prayer and giving so the many can be changed.

God's Spirit is at work!
