My husband is an alumnus of A3. Each time he came home from A3 programs, he used to share with us the life transformation stories. Then I remember thinking, “Why don't we get this opportunity? Why only men?”

WIM in Cambodia has helped me a lot, especially because here in Cambodia, 75 to 80% of the church congregation are women.

I recall thinking, “He stole my idea,” several years ago during a staff meeting at my Japanese church. A few days earlier, I had shared an idea for ministry with my pastor, and he seemed intrigued. Then he shared the idea as his own at our regular staff meeting!
